1. Nature of Our Products

SCCC sells access to digital course content (modules, videos, slides, tests), typing courses, and certificates. Because these are digital goods that are delivered/unlocked instantly upon payment, our refund policy reflects standard practice for digital education products.

2. General Policy

  • Once a paid module, course, or certificate has been unlocked/accessed, it is generally non-refundable, as the digital content/service has already been delivered.
  • We encourage you to review free/preview content (Course Overview, free modules where available) before making a purchase decision.

3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

We will consider a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • Payment deducted but access not granted: Your payment was successful (as per your bank/Razorpay) but the Platform failed to unlock the corresponding module/course/certificate within 24 hours, due to a technical fault on our end.
  • Unauthorised transaction: You can demonstrate the payment was made without your authorisation (subject to verification).

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind after accessing paid content
  • Dissatisfaction with course difficulty, pace, or outcome
  • Failure to complete a course/test within any time limit
  • Certificate not issued due to not meeting the pass criteria (Theory/Practical marks) of the course

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

6. Cancellation

  • You may stop using a course at any time; however, this does not entitle you to a refund unless it falls under Section 3.
  • SCCC reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for violation of our Terms and Conditions, without refund, where the violation involves fraud, misuse, or prohibited conduct.
